SYNERGY COMMERCIAL ADVISORS HANDLES LEASE TRANSACTION WITH TECHNEKES, LLC

MORRISVILLE, N.C.  – (January 8, 2009) – Synergy Commercial Advisors is pleased to announce that Robert Hoyt represented Technekes, LLC in a 13,325 sq. ft. lease at 2250 Perimeter Park Drive in Morrisville.

Technekes, LLC is a data-driven marketing and sales support company delivering profit opportunities for its clients.  The company provides marketing and sales program strategy and implementation, rebate program management and fulfillment, inbound and outbound call center capabilities, marketing database management and business intelligence services that create demand for its customers.  Technekes is headquartered in Charlotte with its Raleigh Customer Support Team moving to Perimeter Park in February.
