SYNERGY COMMERCIAL ADVISORS WELCOMES BILL PEEBLES

MORRISVILLE, N.C.  – (January 14, 2010) – Synergy Commercial Advisors is pleased to announce the addition of Mr. Bill Peebles to its investment sales group. Bill Peebles has built a 12-year investment sales career brokering raw land, commercial buildings, and apartments. After entering the commercial real estate industry in 1998 with Advantis, he has specialized in land acquisition and disposition for regional home builders and developers in the Triangle area, as well as other high growth areas of North Carolina.
