SYNERGY COMMERCIAL ADVISORS HANDLES LEASE TRANSACTION WITH TECHNEKES, LLC

MORRISVILLE, N.C.  – (January 12, 2010) – Synergy Commercial Advisors is pleased to announce that Robert Hoyt represented Technekes, LLC in a 10,027 sq. ft. lease transaction for its new headquarters at 1927 South Tryon Street, a LEED Silver certified building in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The lease transaction was completed through Synergy Commercial Advisors Corporate Services division, which manages, advises and organizes the facility needs of a client’s entire real estate portfolio.
