SYNERGY COMMERCIAL ADVISORS HANDLES LEASE TRANSACTION WITH MOTRICITY, INC.

MORRISVILLE, N.C.  – (May 6, 2009) – Synergy Commercial Advisors is pleased to announce that Rich Harris and Dave Harris represented Motricity, Inc. as the sublessor in a 61,040 sq. ft. transaction with Burt’s Bees at the Hill Building located at 210 West Pettigrew Street in Durham in the American Tobacco Historic District.
