Synergy Commercial Advisors Welcomes Wendy Nabors as Director of Retail Services

MORRISVILLE, N.C.  – (July 12, 2010) – Synergy Commercial Advisors is pleased to announce the addition of Mrs. Wendy Nabors to its commercial brokerage team to head up its retail brokerage services. With more than eleven years of commercial real estate experience in both the Raleigh/Durham and Wilmington markets and an extensive background in commercial brokerage, marketing and research, Nabors will join the Company as Director of Retail Services. Her experience also includes investment sales representing both buyers and sellers, tenant representation of local and national retail clients, and project marketing and leasing services for retail developers.
