SYNERGY COMMERCIAL ADVISORS WELCOMES KEVIN DAVIDSON

DURHAM, N.C.  – (July 16, 2008) – It is with great excitement that Synergy Commercial Advisors announces the addition of Kevin Davidson to its brokerage team. Davidson will be focusing on tenant representation and project marketing services. Before joining Synergy, he worked at Grubb Properties, a local development company with a portfolio of office and retail properties in North Carolina. Davidson’s historical experience representing both landlords and tenants gives him significant expertise to better serve his clients and has earned him a reputation as a reliable and trusted provider of commercial real estate services to individuals, corporate users and institutional owners/investors. He is an alum of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he played baseball and currently resides in Raleigh with his wife, Jenny, and their daughters, McCain and Anna Charles. “Kevin is a strong fit for Synergy given his extensive background in leasing, development and construction and his overall commitment to his clients.
